CNC MACHINED SEALS

Seals for hydraulic and pneumatic applications, as well as other various sealing products are available for use within a few minutes. This is particularly true for the cylinder repair industry. CNC machined seals offer many advantages over the mass produced standard seals.

MECHANICAL SEALS

Mechanical seals are a type of dynamic sealing to prevent leakage along the power transmitting shaft of a rotating machine. The mechanical seals prevent the fluid (water or oil) from leaking to the external environment (the atmosphere or a body of water).

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM

The Automatic Lubrication System, often referred as ALS or centralized lubrication system; essentially comprises of a timer or a controller, a pump & a reservoir, metering valves, supply fittings and numerous feed lines. The Automatic Lubrication System or the Centralized Lubrication System enables the distribution of a stipulated volume of lubricant to the compound, specified parts and locations in the machine, during the machine’s functioning.

AS-ROD & HONED TUBE

Chrome-plated bars and tubes are primarily used as piston rods, a critical component in hydraulic cylinders. The basic function of transforming hydraulic power to a linear motion whilst preventing ingress of abrasive media into the hydraulic system will stipulate a set of demands on the rod. Our steel grades are optimized in analysis and production method to match the requirements in mechanical properties as well as amenability to our plating process.
